Shipping Policy

Shipping costs are calculated based on the weight, dimensions, and destination of your order. These charges will be clearly displayed at checkout. Sassy Sparkle Custom Creations is not responsible for delays caused by the shipping carrier, customs processes, or other external factors beyond our control. Customers are encouraged to review their shipping details carefully before confirming their purchase.

Tracking and Delivery

After your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing a tracking number. Damaged, Lost, or Missing Items

If your package arrives damaged, incomplete, or is lost during transit, please notify us immediately. Please note that claims must be filed within 3 days of delivery or the expected delivery date.

Returns and Exchanges

Customized and personalized items are non-refundable and non-returnable due to their bespoke nature. For non-customized items, our return policy allows for exchanges or refunds within 3 days of receipt, provided the item is unused and in its original packaging. Shipping costs for returns are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to an error on our part.
