Return Policy

At Sassy Sparkle Custom Creations, we want you to be thrilled with your purchase! However, we understand that sometimes returns are necessary. Here’s our policy for t-shirts and cups:

·         Eligibility: Returns are accepted within 3 days of purchase for items in their original, unused condition and packaging.

·         Exceptions: Customized or personalized t-shirts and cups are non-refundable unless there is a manufacturing defect or error in customization.

·         Process: To initiate a return, please contact us via email or phone to receive a Return Authorization (RA) number.

·         Shipping: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or damaged upon arrival.

·         Refunds: Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 7–10 business days after the return is received and processed.
